General Conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Vero Sahara Morocco.
- Rates quoted are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Bookings
- A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of your deposit.
Cancellations
- Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing and are effective upon receipt by Vero Sahara Morocco.
- If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure, the deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is made within 30 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
Alterations by Vero Sahara Morocco
- While every effort is made to operate all tours as advertised, it may be necessary, sometimes at short notice, to make changes to an itinerary due to weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control.
- Vero Sahara Morocco reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour as necessary. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of accepting the change, transferring your booking to another tour, or receiving a full refund.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in the price of your tour and remains your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes (but is not limited to) medical expenses, injury, death, and cost of repatriation, cancellation or curtailment of your trip, and loss of, or damage to, personal belongings.
Health & Safety
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are physically fit and able to participate in tour activities.
- Customers are advised to consult with healthcare providers to determine health and fitness for travel.
- Some tours may include activities that require attention to health and safety standards; Vero Sahara Morocco ensures all efforts are made to provide a safe tour experience.
Liability
- Vero Sahara Morocco accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred due to actions of the customers or third parties.
- We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from conditions or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, riots, or government restrictions.
Complaints
- If you have a complaint during your tour, please notify your tour guide or our local representative immediately, so they have an opportunity to rectify the situation.
- Any further correspondence regarding a complaint must be sent in writing to us within 30 days of the end of the tour.
Miscellaneous
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
- Any part of these Terms & Conditions found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable may be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions continue in force.
